How To Measure :

All measurements are in INCHES.

It is very important that you do not measure over your clothing.

For the most accurate measurements, measure yourself while wearing undergarments that are similar to those you will wear with your dress.

The measuring tape should be placed around your bust/chest, waist, and hips, and should not be pulled too tight, or have too much slack.

Please be sure to check the corresponding size chart attached alongside the product images as different products come with different sizing charts.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

At Guleranaonline.com, we want to make your return as easy as possible.

Conditions for Returns:

• Item is received back within 7 days (to address below)
• Item is not worn or used
• Item is in its original new condition
• Item is not washed
• Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please send back the package securely wrapped, via prepaid and insured mail to 141 Lozells road, Lozells, Birmingham, B19 2TP United Kingdom.  If your return does not meet the above criteria, please contact us at rozinachauhan@guleranaonline.com informing us of the conditions which are not met and we will suggest a suitable alternative for you.  (Please note the customer will be liable to all carriage charges via royal mail to get the item to us within the required timeframe.)

Refunds/ Sale Returns

You are eligible of refund as far as you meet the return criteria mentioned above.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. In addition, you may be subject to a deduction for shipping. If you received FREE shipping on your order and the value (of the items remaining after subtracting the returned item/items) falls below £40.00, you will be subject to a deduction for shipping.
